The house

The home offers 1,814 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, vaulted ceilings and an open-concept main living area with ocean-facing picture windows. A secondary sitting room has garden views, and the dining area seats ten. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a central island, generous counter space, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster and blender. An additional refrigerator and barbecue are available.

A covered wrap-around lanai provides outdoor dining and seating. The private backyard pool is surrounded by tropical landscaping, with lounge chairs and a shaded table. An outdoor shower, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and coolers are provided.

The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a private ocean-view lanai and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has deck access and an ensuite full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 is a loft with partial ocean and mountain views. Guest Bedrooms 4 and 5 have garden views; Guest Bedroom 6 has partial ocean and garden views and access to a shared bathroom. An air bed accommodates one additional guest.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans and complimentary Wi-Fi are available throughout. The home has a washer and dryer, television and smart TV. A pack n play is available on request. Children are welcome. On-site parking is free and limited to three vehicles.
