The renovated kitchen has two islands, wood cabinetry, premium appliances, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, wine fridge and small appliances. An upper deck has a built-in BBQ with pool and treetop views. Outdoor areas include a covered lanai, sun patio, private yard, garden, outdoor shower, seating and dining areas. The private heated pool has a waterfall feature, and there is a hot tub. A rooftop deck offers peekaboo ocean views. The game room includes Spider-Man pinball, ping pong and lounge space.
