The house

The open-plan great room has high ceilings, a large sectional and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the outdoor living areas. The dining table seats twelve. The kitchen includes a gas range, dual ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an island seating five and a full-size butler’s pantry, plus a dishwasher, microwave, coffee-making equipment and small kitchen appliances.

Outside, a private heated pool and spa overlook the golf course. Lounge areas, shaded seating, a covered dining lanai, tropical landscaping, a private yard and an outdoor shower complement an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, beverage refrigerator and prep station.

All six bedrooms have central air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has ocean and golf views and balcony access. Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 have golf views, ocean or partial ocean views, ceiling fans, blackout drapes and space for a crib or pack-and-play. Guest Bedroom 4 has balcony access, partial ocean and golf views and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 5 has mountain views and blackout drapes; its twin beds are for children, with angled beds and restricted ceiling clearance. The Ohana suite has a private entrance, balcony, partial ocean and mountain views and a ceiling fan.

High-speed Wi-Fi, multiple work-friendly areas, a double washer-and-dryer setup, Smart TVs and Sonos audio are available. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cooler are provided, along with linens and household essentials. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and security cameras are included.

Neighborhood walking paths are accessible on foot. The Shops at Kukui‘ula, Po‘ipu Beach, Baby Beach, Po‘ipu Bay Golf Course, Mahaulepu Heritage Trail, Shipwreck Beach and Old Koloa Town are a short drive away. Construction is taking place next door. Club at Kukui‘ula amenities, Kukui‘ula golf amenities and the garage are not accessible to guests.
