The house

The home has an open floor plan connecting indoor and outdoor living areas. The family room has custom monkeypod wood furnishings and garden views, with glimpses of the Kaʻiwi Ridge Line from the property. A covered lanai provides outdoor dining and lounging space beside tropical landscaping and the private heated pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. A barbecue is also available.

Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and split air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 3 also has a king bed. Split air conditioning serves the common living area as well.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television with satellite or cable service, a DVD player, linens, towels, a hair dryer and a pack and play. Beach equipment includes chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and mats, and a cooler. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge, and there is an outdoor shower.

Kailua Beach and local cafés, markets and shops are within walking distance. Lanikai Beach and the Pillbox hiking trail are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The home is made exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day period, and online bookings require manager or owner approval.
