## About the house

The home has two independent living spaces, each with its own kitchen, living room and lanai. The upper and lower levels connect only by exterior stairs. The lower level has an open-plan great room with pocket doors toward the lanai, indoor dining and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar seating four. Upstairs, a second lounge has a large sectional, ocean views and access to a spacious balcony; the kitchen has full-size appliances and ocean-view dining for six. Mountain views are available upstairs.

The private beachfront yard leads directly to the sand. Multiple lanais provide shaded dining, swing chairs and loungers, with a hammock between palms, an outdoor shower and a BBQ grill. A lava rock wall and custom surfboard gate surround the property, and security cameras monitor the exterior.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has a full/single bunk and a separate twin bed; Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 4 has a single/full bunk; Guest Bedroom 5 has a queen bed; and Guest Bedroom 6 has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Split air conditioning is provided in the primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2, 3, 5 and 6. Ceiling fans are provided in the primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 3, 5 and 6. The bathroom facilities include a full bath, a walk-in shower in Guest Bedroom 3’s ensuite, a shower/tub combination and another large walk-in shower.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, smart TVs with cable, beach towels, linens, a washer and dryer, and free parking. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and dishes. The home has a private entrance, self check-in/check-out, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The beach is directly beyond the private backyard. The two levels connect only by exterior stairs. A car is recommended. The bike path, coffee stands, local shops, Ke Iki Beach, Pipeline and Sunset Beach are within walking reach. Waimea Bay and Haleiwa Town are a short drive away. Geckos, ants, chickens and peacocks are common in the region. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

Monthly rentals only. The full monthly rate applies regardless of the number of nights stayed, with no prorated rates. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Children are welcome. The property is suitable for events.
