The house

This lower-level home accommodates up to seven guests and has its own full kitchen, open living and dining spaces, and a covered lanai. The living room has sofas, a flatscreen TV and sliding pocket doors opening toward the lanai, lawn and ocean. Indoor dining is complemented by a four-seat breakfast bar. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and cookware.

The primary bedroom has an ocean view, a king bed, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 3 has a full-over-single bunk bed, a separate single bed and split air conditioning. A separate guest full bathroom completes the two bathrooms.

Outdoor facilities include a covered lanai, grill, hammock, lawn and outdoor shower. Wi-Fi, television with satellite or cable, a washer, dryer, linens, beach towels and free on-site parking are available. The property has a private entrance, lava rock wall, sliding gate and on-site security cameras. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

The beach is directly behind the home, and a bike path provides access to coffee stands and shops. Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach and Haleiwa town are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The home is offered on a 30-day rental basis with exclusive availability to the renter for that period.
