The home has more than 4,000 square feet of open living space, ocean views from Keauhou Bay past Kona Town, clerestory windows and fossilized Portuguese limestone floors. The entry water feature includes life-sized bronze dolphins by Dale J. Evers. An open-concept great room has soaring ceilings, wraparound windows and a wet bar, with steps down to the pool deck.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and generous preparation space, with an adjoining family room overlooking the ocean. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, wine fridge, crockpot and rice cooker. A barbecue and dining area are available.

Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, private balcony or lanai, central air conditioning and blackout drapes. The primary bedroom has ocean and garden views. The two guest bedrooms have garden views and ceiling fans.

The sunset-facing lanai provides outdoor seating and dining beside the private heated infinity-edge lap pool and heated spa. Other facilities include an outdoor shower, private yard, beach towels, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV and satellite or cable television. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. The gated community has on-site security.

No parties, gatherings or events. Noise monitoring is strictly enforced. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Government-issued photo ID and credit card verification are required before arrival. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging.
