The house

The single-level home has vaulted ceilings and an open living and dining area with ocean views. The living room includes a smart TV and opens onto the lanai and oceanfront lawn. The updated, fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware, ample counter space and island seating, along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, split air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has direct pool access. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have garden views. Guest Bedroom 3, also called the Guest House, has a smart TV and is accessible only through an exterior courtyard entrance near the pool; it has no interior connection to the main house.

Outdoors are a private solar-heated pool, grassy lawn, barbecue, outdoor seating and an outdoor shower. Beach chairs, towels, pool toys and boogie boards are provided, along with a beach umbrella and cooler. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. The home also has air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable and smart TVs, a washer and dryer, linens, free parking and a garage. Safety equipment includes smoke detection, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting; security cameras are present.

The residential Gold Coast setting is three miles from Waikiki. Makalei Beach Park is a short stroll away, and Kaimana Beach and Kapiolani Park are within walking distance. Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki shops and dining can be reached by a short drive or walk. A public beach-access walkway runs between the elevated oceanfront lawn and the ocean. Minor construction next door is expected through 2026, with potential daytime noise and contractor trucks using the shared driveway during weekday work hours.
