The house

The skylit, open-plan great room has a sectional, Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening toward the ocean views. A hardwood dining table seats eight. The kitchen includes a quartz island, gas range, stainless-steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, wine fridge, coffee grinder and rice cooker.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, dresser, Smart TV and lanai access; its ensuite includes a soaking tub, dual vanities and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, dresser, lanai access, garden views and an ensuite with a glass shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, dresser, Smart TV, garden views and an ensuite. Guest Bedroom 4 has two full-size beds, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan and dresser.

Outdoor spaces include a covered lanai, tropical gardens, private yard, shaded pergola seating, outdoor dining, a built-in gas grill, a private Jacuzzi nook and an outdoor shower. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided. The home also has Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, gated entry and free on-property parking. Exterior security cameras are disabled during guest stays.

Food trucks, local markets and fresh farm stands in Pupukea are within walking distance. Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach, Shark’s Cove tidepools, Waimea Valley cultural park, Ted’s Bakery and Haleiwa Town are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Stays require a minimum of 30 days.
