The skylit, open-plan great room has a sectional, Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening toward the ocean views. A hardwood dining table seats eight. The kitchen includes a quartz island, gas range, stainless-steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, wine fridge, coffee grinder and rice cooker.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, dresser, Smart TV and lanai access; its ensuite includes a soaking tub, dual vanities and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, dresser, lanai access, garden views and an ensuite with a glass shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, dresser, Smart TV, garden views and an ensuite.
