The house

Retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls connect the great room to a private lanai overlooking tropical landscaping, the golf course and partial Pacific Ocean views. The great room has high ceilings, furnished seating areas and oversized TVs. Indoor dining seats 10, and the kitchen island seats five. The equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, coffee station, wine fridge, blender and rice cooker; a BBQ is also available.

The primary suite has a king bed, seating area, partial ocean views, lanai access and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub and indoor-outdoor shower. Guest Suite 2 has a king bed, partial ocean and golf views, lanai access and an ensuite with an indoor-outdoor shower. Guest Suite 3 has a queen bed, garden views and an ensuite with a walk-in shower and dual vanity. Guest Suite 4 has two twin-over-double bunk beds, a large TV and an ensuite with a tub/shower. All four bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. A separate game room has a full pull-out sofa and a large TV.

The lanai has loungers, shaded outdoor seating and outdoor dining for six. A private yard, outdoor shower, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are provided. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly spaces, a washer and dryer, garage parking, smart TVs, cable and a stereo. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Poipu Beach Park, a local farmers market and Kiahuna Golf Club are within walking distance. The Shops at Kukui’ula, restaurants and cafes at Kukui’ula Village, Spouting Horn, Old Koloa Town, Poipu Shopping Village, Kukui’ula Boat Harbor, Makauwahi Cave Reserve, Shipwreck Beach, Brennecke’s Beach, PK’s surf break and Maha’ulepu Trail are a short drive away. A car is necessary.

Children are welcome, smoking is not allowed and long-term stays are allowed. Stays of 14 nights or longer incur a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee.
