The house

The estate spans over 4,200 square feet and accommodates up to 10 guests in five air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans. The open-plan living room has comfortable seating, a large TV and access to a shaded lanai overlooking the pool. Indoor dining seats eight. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, an island with counter seating, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer and ice machine. A BBQ is also available.

The downstairs game room has a pool table that converts to ping-pong, a dartboard, bar and TV lounge. Outside are a private yard, tropical landscaping, sun loungers, shaded seating, a raised dining deck seating eight and a fire pit. Beach chairs and towels are provided.

The primary bedroom has a private lanai with garden and ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanities and marble accents. Guest Bedroom 2 is on the lower pool level and has a kitchenette, garden views and direct pool access. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, desk, garden views, deck access and a nearby full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, desk and shared access to the deck and a full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 5 is on the upper primary level, with a double bed and a twin bed, access to a nearby full bathroom, and a dresser but no closet access.

Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, multiple smart TVs, linens, an iron and hair dryer are provided. Free driveway parking accommodates two vehicles, and street parking is available. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Cromwell’s Beach is a stroll away. Waikiki, Kahala Beach and Diamond Head Beach are minutes away by car; nearby attractions include scenic hikes and Kahala Mall. Rentals are monthly only, with a full-month charge regardless of stay length. A utility fee of $1,500/month applies to all stays of 21 days or more. Smoking is not allowed.
