The home accommodates up to 11 guests in a peaceful residential setting overlooking golf fairways. Open-plan living and dining spaces have high ceilings, wide-plank flooring and large glass doors opening onto a covered lanai and pool terrace. Golf course and mountain scenery form the primary outlook, with beach and ocean views from select vantage points.
The fully stocked kitchen has generous counters, high-end appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and extensive small appliances, including a rice cooker, blender and coffee grinder. A kitchenette and wine fridge are also provided. Outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, private yard, outdoor seating and an outdoor shower.
All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 have ocean, mountain and golf views and private balconies or decks. Guest Bedroom 4 has garden and mountain views. Guest Bedroom 5 has ocean and mountain views. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 5 have space for a crib or pack and play.
Smart TVs, a stereo and a home theater are available, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, an iron and hair dryers. Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Free on-site parking is available.
