The house

The home offers 2,800 square feet of indoor-outdoor living with high ceilings, travertine floors and pocket doors opening to a covered lanai. The great room has lounge seating, a 75-inch television and Pacific Ocean views.

The indoor kitchen includes a six-burner gas cooktop with integrated griddle, convection oven, microwave, 48-inch refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, and dishwasher. An outdoor kitchen provides a gas grill, preparation area, refreshment center and dining table. The landscaped private yard, saltwater infinity pool and spa overlook the Pacific and Kailua Bay.

The primary suites have king beds, split air conditioning, ocean views, private lanais and ensuite bathrooms with outdoor shower gardens. The primary ensuite also has a soaking tub, and the second primary ensuite has indoor and outdoor showers. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed, split air conditioning, garden views, a private lanai and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 4 has a king bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom.

A home office has a monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, private lanai and bathroom. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, walk-in closets, free parking, outdoor lighting and security cameras. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Self check-in and check-out are available.
