The house

The home has five ensuite bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. Open-plan living and dining areas feature vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, Brazilian walnut cabinetry, stone flooring and sliding glass doors opening to the lanai. Multiple lounge areas provide indoor and outdoor seating.

The kitchen includes a Wolf propane stove, warming drawer, double ovens, bronze pot filler, wine refrigerator, granite counters and an island bar. Additional equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, freezer and ice machine.

The private yard contains a lagoon-style pool with waterfalls, a wading area, an elevated spa, loungers and shaded seating. A sunken outdoor kitchen has a built-in grill, refrigerator and bar seating, alongside a swim-up bar.

The primary suite has a king bed, ocean and golf views, lanai access and an ensuite with an outdoor soaking tub and shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ocean and golf views. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed and garden views. Guest Bedroom 5 has a twin trundle daybed and no view. All five bedrooms have lanai access, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout drapes and ensuite bathrooms.

Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, smart TVs, satellite or cable television, linens, beach towels, beach gear and a private entrance are provided. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

Mauna Lani Resort offers golf, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, shops and dining, with fees applying to certain amenities. Required resort access fees are paid directly to Mauna Lani. The nearby Mauna Lani Beach Club offers snorkeling waters and oceanfront lounging. Shopping, resort dining and the beach club are within walking distance; Hapuna Beach and Puako tidepools are a short drive away.
