Built in 2024, the estate accommodates up to 14 guests across the main home and a separate two-bedroom ohana guest house. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the great room toward ocean views. The open-plan living and dining area has contemporary furnishings, timbered ceilings, plush seating and a large dining table. A media lounge, home theater with an oversized sectional and cinematic screen, and game room provide indoor entertainment, alongside Smart TVs and a premium sound system.
The chef’s kitchen has an oversized island, breakfast-bar seating and high-end appliances. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. A barbecue is also available.
The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, outdoor shower, lanai access and ocean and golf-course views. Two further main-house king suites have ensuite bathrooms and ocean-view balconies. The bunk suite has two double-over-double bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom and ocean and golf-course views. The downstairs ohana king suite has an ensuite bathroom, ocean views and lanai and pool access; the upstairs ohana king suite has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with panoramic ocean views. Air conditioning extends throughout the property.
Outdoor spaces include a private infinity-edge pool, hot tub, upper and lower lanais, seating areas, two fire pits, outdoor showers and a private yard. Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. The home also has high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, free private parking and a private entrance.
