The house

This multi-level townhome accommodates up to 10 guests in a quiet residential neighborhood. Open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas connect the shared indoor spaces, and three private lanais provide outdoor space overlooking tropical landscaping and the golf course. The kitchen has generous counter space, full-size appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, food processor, crockpot and cooking utensils.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, a sitting area, a TV, garden and golf views, and private lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, garden views, a TV and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a king bed, garden views, a TV and a ceiling fan, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Guest Bedroom 4 also has private lanai access. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have space for a crib or Pack and Play. A powder room is also available.

Shared recreation facilities include a heated, two-level lagoon-style community pool with a waterfall, a community hot tub and a covered poolside pavilion with barbecues and seating. The home has central air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, two in-unit washers and two dryers, a private entrance and a two-car garage. Smart TVs, satellite or cable television, extra linens, pillows, a Pack and Play, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. Beach equipment includes towels, surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, masks, fins, snorkels and children’s toys.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher and outdoor lighting are provided.

Hanalei Bay, beach access points and coastal trails are a short drive away, along with golf courses, dining and shopping. A car is recommended. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are also allowed. Self check-in and check-out are available.
