## About the house

The open-plan great room has high ceilings, modern island furnishings and a fully retractable wall of glass doors connecting the indoor living and dining areas to the covered lanai. Outdoor dining seats eight. The equipped kitchen includes a large island breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, kettle and mixer.

The primary and second primary bedrooms have ocean and golf course views and lanais with large sliding doors. The second primary bedroom also has a separate entrance from the lanai. The guest and bunk bedrooms have garden views. All bedrooms have Smart TVs, split-zone central air conditioning, ceiling fans, closets and dressers.

The private yard includes a pool, hot tub, sundeck, barbecue grill and outdoor lava rock showers. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach towels are provided. The home also has Wi-Fi, a Sonos audio system, washer and dryer, and free parking. A starter supply of amenities is provided; additional supplies can be purchased locally. Guests do not have access to The Club at Kukuiʻula.
