House rules
A 30-day minimum stay is required. This is a monthly rental, and the full monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed. Smoking is not allowed. Vehicles must be registered at the front desk and assigned a parking space, subject to availability; unregistered vehicles may be towed. The property is currently for sale, and the manager will coordinate showings at convenient times.
Getting there
Direct beachfront access is available from the Colony Surf. Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Honolulu Zoo, cafés and boutiques are within walking access. Diamond Head trail, Ala Moana Center and downtown Honolulu are a short drive away. A car is not necessary. Assigned parking requires registration and is subject to availability. The second bedroom is separated from the living area by pocket doors, with an upper opening for airflow.
