## About the house

The condo accommodates four guests with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Its open-plan living and dining area has mural artwork, expansive windows, a sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table seating six. Sliding windows open to ocean breezes. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a central prep island, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, wine fridge and coffee-making equipment.

The primary bedroom has a California King bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, washer/dryer, and ocean and mountain views. The second sleeping area contains a Queen punee sofa bed in the main living area. Pocket doors transform it into a second bedroom, but the upper area remains open for airflow. Both bedrooms have no air conditioning; ceiling fans and cross ventilation are provided, and there is no central air conditioning. Both full bathrooms have granite surfaces, dual sinks and walk-in showers.

The Colony Surf offers direct beach access, an outdoor shower, an elevator, a management office and on-site dining at Michel’s at the Colony Surf. Beach towels, beach chairs and an insulated cooler bag are provided. The beach immediately below the building offers swimming, snorkeling and paddleboarding. Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Honolulu Zoo, cafés and boutiques are within walking access; Diamond Head trail, Ala Moana Center and downtown Honolulu are a short drive away. A car is not necessary.

Stays require a minimum of 30 days and are offered as monthly rentals. The property is currently for sale, and the manager will coordinate showings at convenient times. Free assigned parking requires registration and is subject to availability.
