The house

Built in 2024, this 2,961 sq ft home has a vaulted living area with sliding glass doors opening to an expansive lanai. Main living spaces are on one level, with an additional lower-level entertainment room and sofa sleeper. The lanai has sunny and shaded areas and outdoor dining for eight.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean views and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, pool deck access and blackout drapes. Guest Bedroom 3 has two double beds and an ensuite bathroom. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and deck or balcony access.

The kitchen has an island seating six, custom cabinetry, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker, mixer and cooking utensils. A barbecue is also available.

Facilities include a private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, private yard, outdoor seating, smart TV, washer and dryer. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are present.

The home is within the Kukui‘ula Subdivision, near shopping, dining, farmers markets, scenic trails, watersports and public golf. The Shops at Kukui‘ula and Poipu Beach Park are a short drive away. The home is currently for sale. Guests do not have access to the private Club at Kukui‘ula.
