The house

The home offers approximately 3,048 sq ft of indoor–outdoor living. The great room has vaulted ceilings, a sectional sofa, a dedicated dining area and sliding glass doors opening toward the lanai. The equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a center island, bar seating, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and small cooking appliances.

All four bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has private lanai access, and its ensuite includes a steam room. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have ocean, mountain and golf views. Guest Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with garden views; Guest Bedroom 4 has garden views and a balcony/deck.

The private outdoor area includes a pool, hot tub, fire pit, lounge seating, garden and outdoor shower. A covered lanai has outdoor seating, a built-in grill and an outdoor kitchen. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, television with satellite or cable, smart TV and a Sonos audio system.

The home is within the Kukui‘ula Subdivision near walking paths, parks and Koloa town. Local beaches, shops and dining are within walking reach. Poipu Beach, Shipwreck Beach and the Shops at Kukui‘ula are a short drive away. Access to Kukui‘ula Golf Course and Club amenities is not included.
