## About the house

Set on former royal grounds once belonging to King Lunalilo, Hale Joli sits on a private road amid tropical gardens, an orchard of more than 30 fruit trees and a developing mini Kona coffee farm. The home accommodates up to eight guests, with bedrooms reached by covered outdoor walkways opening onto the lanai.

The great room has vaulted ceilings, natural wood finishes, sliding glass doors and a Smart TV. An indoor dining table seats eight. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, double ovens, a wine fridge, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder and rice cooker. The lanai provides outdoor dining.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, a ceiling fan, lanai access and an ensuite with a tub/shower combination. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and Guest Bedroom 3 has two double beds; both have ocean views, ceiling fans and lanai access, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The detached Ohana suite has a king bed, private ensuite with a walk-in shower, private lanai and workstation. The July 1, 2026 expansion notice also includes a seating area and private outdoor dining area for four in the Ohana suite.

Outside are a private heated infinity pool with ocean and sunset views, a sundeck with loungers and shaded seating, an outdoor shower, barbecue, firepit and private yard. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, beach towels, additional bedding, free parking and smartlock entry. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. There is no air conditioning. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.
