The house

Hale Hanohano at Kukuiula has over 5,200 square feet of interior space, designer furnishings, curated art and expansive lanais. Retractable glass walls connect the great room to covered outdoor living and dining areas. The indoor dining area seats 10, and a separate media lounge provides space for movies.

The kitchen has a large central island, ample preparation space, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, blender, rice cooker, mixer, kettle, ice machine and wine fridge. Sliding doors lead to an outdoor grill station. The covered lanai overlooks the golf course and ocean, with lounge seating, alfresco dining and a BBQ beside the private pool and hot tub. Outdoor facilities also include a private yard, garden, fire pit and outdoor shower.

The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have a king bed, ensuite bathroom, lanai or deck access, and ocean, mountain and golf views. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and garden, mountain and golf views. Guest Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and garden and mountain views. Guest Bedroom 5 has a king bed and garden and mountain views. Guest Bedroom 6 has two full-over-full bunk beds, ocean and mountain views, and space for a crib or Pack and Play. All six bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The home includes a fitness room, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, television with satellite or cable, smart TV, garage and free secure parking. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and outdoor lighting.

Poipu Beach is minutes away. Poipu Bay Golf Course and the Shops at Kukuiula are nearby. Poipu’s trails, beaches and fairways are accessible on foot, and Old Koloa Town and local markets are a short drive away. A car is necessary. This private residence is not part of a resort program, and guests do not have access to the club at Kukuiula amenities. The property is currently for sale.
