The house

The condo has vaulted ceilings and an open-plan living and dining area with a sectional sofa, smart TV and six-seat dining table. Glass doors open to a ground-floor garden lanai with a bistro table and gas barbecue. The equipped kitchen includes quartz preparation surfaces, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, coffee maker and grinder, blender, rice cooker and slow cooker.

The downstairs primary bedroom has a California king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower and a private garden lanai. Guest Bedroom 2 has a California king bed, garden views, a balcony/deck, ceiling fan and blackout drapes. Guest Bedroom 3 has a California king bed, garden views, a vaulted ceiling and a standing fan. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom. A twin daybed is provided in the living area. There is no air conditioning.

The fenced community pool has loungers and a sun deck a few paces from the condo. Community walking paths connect with Princeville’s scenic trail network. High-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and free assigned parking are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are available. A Pack ’n Play is available on request before arrival.

Westin Princeville Market, Starbucks and the Anini Beach trailhead are within walking distance. Princeville Center shops and groceries and Makai Golf Course are a short drive away. Hanalei Bay is a 10-minute drive, and Lihu'e Airport is under an hour south. A car is recommended. There are no resort or parking fees.
