The house

The 1,700-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a vaulted-ceiling living area with plush seating, a smart TV and split air conditioning, and a dining area seating six. Sliding doors connect the living area to the lanai.

The kitchen includes stainless appliances, an island cooktop, bar seating, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, blender, rice cooker, toaster, toaster oven, kettle and crockpot. The private backyard has mature shade trees, a covered lanai, outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The primary suite has a California king bed, split air conditioning, a walk-in closet, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, convertible to a king on request for a one-time $50 fee. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and lanai access. Both guest bedrooms have split air conditioning and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Beach chairs, towels, coolers and a beach umbrella are provided, along with children’s sand toys, cornhole, a high chair, a crib and a Pack ’n Play. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and free driveway parking for up to three vehicles.

Princeville Shopping Center, the library and a park are within walking distance. Makai Golf Course and activities at Princeville Ranch are nearby. Hanalei Bay, shops, dining and 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay are a short drive away; Lihue Airport is under an hour’s drive.
