The open-plan living area has sectional seating and ocean views, with an adjoining dining area seating eight. A spacious lanai provides outdoor dining, lounging and a BBQ grill, with ocean views also enjoyed from the primary suite. The kitchen includes modern appliances, broad countertops, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking essentials. A water filtration system is provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private lanai access and a 40-inch TV. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a 32-inch wall-mounted TV; Guest Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a 32-inch TV. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and central air conditioning. A second guest bathroom serves the home.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, multiple Smart TVs, a small library, a garden and a hot tub. Beach chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
