The house

The main house has bright open-plan living and dining areas, large windows overlooking tropical greenery, and a renovated, fully equipped kitchen with an island, generous storage, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The main house and optional studio together provide approximately 1,750 sq ft of interior space.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with Guest Bedroom 3. The optional studio has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, private entrance, and washer and dryer. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the sleeping rooms, with split air conditioning throughout the home. The primary bedroom has partial ocean and garden views; the studio has mountain and garden views.

Outside are a private tropical yard, furnished lanai with cushioned lounge seating, a barbecue and outdoor dining space, with views toward the Lanikai Pillbox ridge. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly setup, laundry facilities, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards are available. A high chair is provided, and children are welcome. This is a private home in a residential neighborhood, without shared resort amenities. Free driveway parking is available.

A swimming cove is a three-minute walk away, and Lanikai Beach is a ten-minute walk away. The Pillbox Trailhead is two blocks away. Kailua Town offers cafés, boutiques and Whole Foods; HNL is the nearest major airport. A car is recommended. The studio is optional and carries an additional fee; confirm pricing when inquiring.
