The house

The home offers 2,280 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. An open kitchen, dining area and living room connect to the lanai through large pocket doors. The living area has Tommy Bahama furnishings, and the home is naturally cooled by ventilation and ceiling fans, without air conditioning.

The kitchen has ocean views, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, food processor, rice cooker and crockpot. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, private lanai access and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and is near the hall bathroom.

Outside, a shaded dining area seats six. Tropical landscaping surrounds the private solar-heated pool, which has a rock waterfall, and the outdoor areas connect directly to large lawns.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, cable/satellite television, a DVD player, beach towels, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. A Pack and Play is available. There is a private entrance, self check-in/check-out and a garage parking space. Dining, grocery stores and scenic coastal paths are a short walk away; Kailua Kona’s beaches, boutiques and historic sites are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
