## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests across three levels, with four king beds, two twin beds and two twin-over-twin bunk sets. There are five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

The top level has a window-lined great room, kitchen, dining room and sunroom, plus a king bedroom with a private bathroom and deck access, and a separate half bathroom. The middle level has two king bedrooms with private bathrooms, one with deck access; a bedroom with two bunk sets and a bedroom with two twin beds share a bathroom. The twin bedroom also has deck access. The ground level has a king bedroom with a private bathroom and deck access, a recreation room with a pool table and kitchenette, a half bathroom and laundry facilities.

The kitchen includes a LeBleu bottled water system, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. Other facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a wet bar, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided. K Club Golf and the Welcome Program are advertised amenities.

The private outdoor pool measures 16 by 32 and opens seasonally: April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. A hot tub is also available. Sand Hills Beach Access is a stroll away, and the community offers beach and soundside access. Parking accommodates six vehicles.
