The house

The home has four bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two bathrooms. The master ensuite has a shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail. The second bathroom has a shower, spa bath, toilet, hand basin and towel rail. An open-plan living and dining area opens onto a sunny deck with outdoor dining, a BBQ and a large flat lawn.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster, range, oven, microwave, kettle, hobs, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Ducted air conditioning and a heat pump provide year-round temperature control. There are four Smart TVs: one in each lounge and two in bedrooms, with Freeview, TVNZ+, ThreeNow, YouTube and Netflix. Both lounge TVs have soundbars and Bluetooth connectivity. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, tumble dryer and hairdryer are provided.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets provided. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. Pets are allowed, and off-road parking is available. There is no pool or hot tub.

Hahei Beach, local cafés, shops and takeaways are a short stroll away. Cathedral Cove is a five-minute drive away or accessible via a scenic walking track. Hot Water Beach is less than ten minutes away. Cooks Beach and the ferry to Whitianga are nearby.

An external security camera overlooks the driveway and is switched off during bookings.
