The house

The estate occupies nearly one acre of gated grounds with tropical gardens, lava rock and views over Keauhou Bay and its harbor. The main living pavilion has 20-foot vaulted ceilings, custom wood detailing, retractable screens, louvered doors and multiple seating areas. An ocean-facing dining area connects with indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The equipped kitchen has generous counters, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, wine fridge and small appliances. Outdoor facilities include a kitchen, barbecue, shower, private yard, seating and lanais.

Sleeping areas are arranged across multiple wings and levels. The home is marketed as a four-bedroom residence under county records, with three additional designated sleeping areas. The primary bedroom has ocean and garden views and a private lanai; Guest Bedroom 2 has ocean and garden views and lanai access; Guest Bedroom 3 has garden views and lanai access. The four named bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All sleeping areas have central air conditioning.

The private oceanfront pool extends more than 40 feet, has a shallow entry and an 8-foot deep end, and is heated year-round to approximately 84°F. A sunset-facing hot tub is maintained at approximately 104°F. A private fitness room contains a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights and yoga mats. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, television, beach towels, a Pack and Play, gated entry and free off-street parking.

Keauhou Shopping Center, local dining, golf courses and Kailua-Kona village are a short drive away. Optional concierge services include chef services, refrigerator stocking, massage, paddleboard delivery, yacht outings, manta ray snorkeling excursions and golf transportation. These services cost extra, are subject to availability and are recommended to be booked in advance. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
