The main living pavilion has 20-foot vaulted ceilings, custom wood detailing, retractable screens, louvered doors and multiple seating areas. An ocean-facing dining area connects with indoor and outdoor living spaces. The equipped kitchen has generous counters, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, wine fridge and small appliances. Outdoor facilities include a kitchen, barbecue, shower, private yard, seating and lanais. Sleeping areas are arranged across multiple wings and levels. The home is marketed as a four-bedroom residence under county records, with three additional designated sleeping areas. The primary bedroom has ocean and garden views and a private lanai; Guest Bedroom 2 has ocean and garden views and lanai access; Guest Bedroom 3 has garden views and lanai access. The four named bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All sleeping areas have central air conditioning.
