## About the house

Beachhouse No. 11 ‘Wattenmeer’ accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms for two guests each. Two bedrooms have water views, and each bedroom has an adjoining shower bathroom, fitted wardrobes, a safe and a TV. A private lift connects all levels, including the basement with direct underground-garage access. The ground-floor living area has a three-sided glass gas fireplace, lounge seating and dune views, opening onto a private furnished Bangkirai terrace. The fitted kitchen includes an oven and stove, a dining area and a wine cooler. The top floor has a sauna with a relaxation sofa, a shower and separate WC, plus two furnished loggias, each with seating for two. Heating, a TV and an ironing board are available. Children are welcome.

Parking: Yes · Two assigned underground parking spaces are available free of charge, together with bicycle parking. Garage entrance clearance is a maximum of 2.02 m. The garage provides direct access to the house at basement level.

Washing machine: Yes · A private washing machine and tumble dryer are on the basement level.

Pool: No

A wind- and current-sheltered beach section is 20 m away. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Underground parking is limited to two assigned car spaces, with a maximum entrance clearance of 2.02 m. A private lift serves every level of the house.

Do not enter the adjoining protected dune area; this applies to both people and pets.
