The house

The approximately 216 m² home spans the basement, ground floor, upper floor and attic. A private lift serves every floor. The ground-floor living room has a TV, circular gas fireplace and dining area with an open kitchen. There is a furnished dune terrace and two balconies. Each bedroom has a TV, a 1.80 × 2.00 m double bed, an open-plan shower bathroom and a separate WC. An additional guest WC is on the ground floor. The attic contains a private-use sauna area with a balcony. Heating, window privacy screens, five TVs, digital TV reception and a radio are provided. Children are welcome. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, initial bathroom supplies, luggage service to and from the property, and a water carafe are included. Free public transport on Sylt is available through the Sylt Go! programme. Complimentary towel changes are available for stays of at least one week.
