This 128-square-metre townhouse is arranged across lower ground, raised ground and first floors, with period touches and colourful interiors. The raised-ground-floor sitting room has a sofa, TV and piano. An adjacent office doubles as a sleeping space with a double Murphy bed for two guests. The family bathroom on this floor has a shower over a bath, basin and toilet.

On the lower ground floor, the fully equipped pink-tiled kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and cookware. A dining table seats six, and French doors lead to a patio garden. This level also contains a laundry area with a washing machine and a second bathroom/wet room with a shower and toilet.

The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, bookshelves and a chest of drawers, and a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes. A small room at the top of the house remains locked. The home has central heating, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV and two freestanding air-conditioning units. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Children and infants are welcome. Veeve provides an in-person arrival welcome, professional cleaning, linens and towels, with complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Additional services are available subject to availability: cot and highchair hire, early or late check-in, late check-out, airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linen, and additional bedding or pillows.

Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged with Veeve. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
