## About the house

The sitting room has deep blue sofas, a gas fireplace, built-in bookshelves and a hanging armchair. The forest-green kitchen has bronze fittings, an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cookware, crockery and a pink Smeg kettle. The dining table overlooks the private walled garden.

The master bedroom is at the top of the house, with a king-size bed, gold and cherry-blossom wallpaper, and views over north London rooftops and the city skyline. The second bedroom has a wrought-iron double bed, period features, an armchair and reading lamps. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed, desk and ornamental fireplace.

The master bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bathtub and walk-in shower. Its sinks are currently out of order and must not be used. The first-floor family bathroom has a shower over a bathtub, WC and sink. A separate first-floor storage room provides space for luggage and clothes.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, central heating, a Smart TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, pillows, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided. Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher are provided. Paid street parking is available.

All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; request check-in outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
