The living room has a gas fireplace, wall-mounted TV, sofa, and two armchairs; an adjoining sunroom provides additional seating overlooking the patio and garden.

The white galley kitchen includes Samsung appliances, counter space, and a Bosch dishwasher. A dining table seats four, and the patio has a natural-gas grill and outdoor seating. The private oval heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers and seating, with a private hot tub also available.
