The house

The 120 m² holiday home was built in 2011 on a 2,072 m² natural plot. It accommodates eight guests in three bedrooms and a sleeping loft for two, described as having two single beds. Large windows bring light into the central living, dining and kitchen area. The adjoining activity room has a billiards/pool table, table tennis and a television usable for games.

There are two bathrooms. The larger bathroom has a two-person spa bath, and the house also has a sauna and wood-burning stove. Heating includes electric heating, an air-to-air heat pump and underfloor heating in the living area, sleeping areas and bathrooms. Air conditioning is available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and a separate 100-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Entertainment includes a flat-screen television, DVD and CD players, radio and satellite reception with selected Danish and German channels. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are provided.

The large south-facing terrace is partly covered and has outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. Outside there are also a storage shed, sandbox, swing and an electric-car charging socket. One cot and one high chair are available. Klegod has birdlife, wildlife and established cycle paths; Havklitvej follows the last dune ridge before the North Sea.
