The house

Built in 2007, this 120 m² holiday home has three bedrooms, one double bed and four single beds, and two bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides space to gather. A wood-burning stove, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump provide heating. One bathroom has a drainable whirlpool bath for two people, and bathroom underfloor heating is available.

The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. Wi-Fi is included, and the living room has a flat-screen television with German satellite channels.

The 5,000 m² natural dune plot has views across the surrounding dunes. There are open, screened and covered terrace areas with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and barbecue, plus a storage room. A tennis court is shared with another holiday home and is available free of charge.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with two other properties and no through traffic. Klegod lies between Søndervig and Hvide Sande. The North Sea is a 170-metre walk away, and Ringkøbing Fjord is less than 2 km away. One dog is permitted.
