The 83 m² holiday home has three bedrooms, two double beds and one single bed, with a maximum occupancy of four. Built in 1985 and renovated in 2025, it has bright walls, large windows and a furnished living room with a wood-burning stove. The living room connects openly to the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and separate 50-litre freezer. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a washing machine. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are available.
The house stands on a 2,000 m² natural plot surrounded by heather. The terrace overlooks Nr. Lyngvig Lighthouse, and the outdoor facilities include open and screened terrace areas, garden furniture, sun loungers, a gas barbecue and an electric-car charging socket.
Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available. The living room has a flat-screen television with selected Danish and German channels, plus a radio. Hvide Sande is 6 km away for shopping, the harbour, fish restaurants and water sports. The surrounding dunes offer opportunities for walks and cycling, while Søndervig has cafés, shops and family activities.
