Listing description
The 80 m² holiday home stands on a 2,200 m² natural plot. It has three bedrooms, two double beds and two single beds, and one bathroom with underfloor heating. A cot and high chair are available. The house was built in 1987 and renovated in 2009.
The bright living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen television with selected Danish and German channels. There is a sauna, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher, and a washing machine is available.
South-facing and west-facing terraces provide outdoor seating, with one terrace partly covered. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue are available. The garden has a swing and sandpit.
Free fibre internet is advertised at 100/100 Mbit/s. One dog is permitted. Hvide Sande and Søndervig are nearby destinations for cafés, shops and outings among the dunes and beaches.
