The house

The 156 m² holiday home stands on a 2,000 m² natural plot in a hilly landscape of heather and dune grass. It was built in 1992 and renovated in 2021. Sleeping accommodation includes bedrooms and an alcove, and the home is suited to two families.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has a wood-burning stove, a television with selected Danish and German channels, large windows and direct terrace access. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a separate 80-litre freezer. Heating includes electric heating, an air-to-air heat pump and an air-to-water heat pump. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

The pool area includes a swimming pool, a two-person fill-and-drain spa and a sauna. A small bathroom with a shower adjoins this area; there are two bathrooms in total, with bathroom underfloor heating. The pool can be seen from the living room. An outdoor spa accommodates six people.

The large terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, screened and covered seating areas, and a sandpit. Nearby paths provide opportunities for walking and cycling. Søndervig, Ringkøbing and Hvide Sande can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
