The house has four bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements comprise two double beds and four single beds. A mezzanine provides a children's retreat for play and films. The larger bathroom has a two-person whirlpool bath and sauna; bathroom underfloor heating is available.
The open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room have high ceilings and large windows overlooking the natural grounds. The living room has a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, German satellite channels, a CD player and radio. Electric heating is available. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and separate 100-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided, along with one high chair.
The 2,000 m² natural plot has two open terraces, garden furniture, a barbecue, a swing and a sandpit beside the terrace. An electric-car charging facility in the shed has a Type 2 connector and cable. Dogs are welcome, and fibre internet is included. The house was built in 2006.
