Gull Reef 635 is a renovated, professionally decorated condominium sleeping up to eight guests. The open-plan living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa and balcony access. The dining table seats six, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove, plus a stacked washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has a flat-screen TV, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the balcony connecting with the living area. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV; the second has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. These guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Beachside Colony provides two shared outdoor pools and direct beach access. One pool has a beach-entry tanning ledge, and the expanded pool and patio area includes restrooms. Heating is offered in one pool from October through March, subject to weather and mechanical conditions, and is not guaranteed. The resort has oceanfront dining at The Deck, and the building has elevator access. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, free parking, an outdoor grill and an ironing board are available.

Memorial Park is across the street, with a playground, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, as well as the library and YMCA.
