Gulfview II 131 accommodates up to six guests with one bedroom, four beds and one bathroom. The compact condo has an open-plan living and dining area, plush seating, large windows, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a private washer/dryer. A patio and proximity to the beach are advertised.

Guests have use of the complex's shared pool. Local dining, shopping outlets, golf courses, state parks and nature trails are nearby.

The building is undergoing balcony waterproofing and painting, scheduled through the end of 2026, subject to weather delays. Construction may cause noise during normal business hours, and vendors may need access to the unit.

Balcony waterproofing and painting are scheduled through the end of 2026; weather delays may change the schedule. Expect possible construction noise during normal business hours and vendor access to the unit.

The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless unit-specific terms or law set a different minimum, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the rental. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the posted maximum of six. Stays are temporary; permanent residence is not permitted.

Follow the good-neighbor policy and quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the premises, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, while emotional support animals require pet authorization. A no-pet policy does not guarantee an allergen-free property.

Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Follow parking rules, lock doors and windows when away, and supervise minors at all times. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency.

Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; and governmental, utility or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee up to one night's rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Violations may result in removal without a refund.

The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and booking-channel terms control in a conflict.
