This two-bedroom, two-bath beach condo is on the fifth floor offering breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It has an upscale tropical feel with upgraded ceramic tile throughout. There is a full renovated kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances and plenty of beautiful granite top counter space to cook a great family meal. In the main bedroom, you will find a king bed with cool earth tone decor, a 50” TV and DVD, plantation shutters, and casual Florida furnishings with glass tops.
The second bedroom has nice neutral tones, a 43” TV and DVD, and features two twin beds and casual furniture with glass tops. The living area has a Tommy Bahama feel featuring a large 55” TV and a DVD, with one tropical oversized chair and ottoman, and comfortable sofa, nice accents like a beveled mirrored wall, and dining table for six as well as four bar stools. This snowbird-friendly home away from home also has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
