Floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living room and primary bedroom open onto a private balcony overlooking the white sandy beaches and Gulf of Mexico. Sleeping arrangements include a living-room sofa bed, two single beds in a bunk room, a king bed in Bedroom 1 and two double beds in Bedroom 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, oven and cooking and serving utensils. A blender and coffee maker are also provided. Entertainment equipment includes four TVs, cable TV, one DVD player and three VCRs. Streaming services require guests’ own accounts. Air conditioning, bed linens and a dryer are provided. Shared recreation includes an outdoor pool and tennis. Beach access is available, and beach service includes one umbrella and two chairs, coordinated through the onsite beach attendants. Stays are temporary and the property cannot be used as a permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Follow the good neighbor policy. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the premises, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require written permission from Avari, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Where applicable and subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for violations or excessive mess; agency or HOA fines and related damages; and a late-departure fee of up to one night’s rental. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency.
