The house

Guests have exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom apartment. The open-plan living area includes a double sofa bed, smart TV and dining area. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the kitchen has basic utensils and a dishwasher. A washing machine, ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

The street-level apartment is fully adapted for guests with disabilities, with a sink designed for people with reduced mobility. It has no windows but has ventilation. Seasonal humidity and occasional insects can occur despite regular professional cleaning. The bathroom is compact, with a toilet and shower, and hot water can fluctuate during summer. The front door has no shutters; bring a sleep mask if you need complete darkness.

Malvarrosa Beach is about 230 m away, a five-minute walk. Supermarkets, restaurants and public transport are nearby. The beachfront neighbourhood has shops, cafés and eateries; some bars stay open late in summer.

Self check-in uses a smart lock and an electronic key. A charged smartphone with internet access is required. GuestReady offers assistance around the clock and phone support in English and French. Starter toiletries and household supplies are provided for the first days. Additional cleaning or bedding is available on request for an additional charge.
