Document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are required; instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Keys are collected at a pickup point near the apartment. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C; Turin’s climate-zone schedule allows 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a step before the lift. It is in a ZTL restricted-traffic zone and cannot be reached by car. Nearby paid street parking is not guaranteed. From Porta Susa station, take bus 8 to Garibaldi; from Porta Nuova station, take tram 4 to Garibaldi. The stop is approximately one minute away on foot. From Turin Airport, take a bus to To - Corso Bolzano 42 (P. Susa), then bus 8 to Garibaldi.
